At Macy's.com, I had the privilege of working on the PDP (Product Details Page) Lab. The desktop experience had received a major facelift the year previously. The focus for 2016 was to do the same with the MEW (Mobile Web) experience. Through iterative testing of individual components and features, we were able to release a fully redesigned experience that implemented customer pain points based off of data received from our tests. By the end of 2016, we had completely overhauled the mobile experience that has allowed us to create new components, interactive features, and continue to test and iterate upon larger features that expand upon the groundwork that was laid down in 2016.
